I just finished up my first week working for the bank. I have gotten a steadily better idea of what the position is, and thankfully my responsibilities will be fairly vast and therefore I will continue to be a well rounded individual.

The problems encountered this week were fairly minor, which is giving me time to begin to get memorized where the location is of all the servers/documents/network shares ect... start to get familiar with Citrix on the server side, and reacquaint myself with some Windows options that I haven't used in a while.

So far though the biggest challenge will be memorizing the names, positions, and extensions of the over 100 people, some of which I may never meet. Being somebody that usually associates everything I know about people with their appearance, this is going to be difficult. Thankfully everybody has been very nice while they wait for me to look up their information so I could start to help them with their problem.
