Ok, 8 month old power supply went out with a bang in a puff of smoke and took my MB, and possibly my CPU with it.

Then I apply for the RMA (took 2 days longer than promised), and was told I had to pay for return shipping and it would take 3 weeks. Top that off, but the rep told me that any additional damaged equipment would be totally up to me to replace, they only covered the power supply itself.

This makes me very happy.

After speaking to another rep today on the record, I am informed they will flag my power supply for extra testing and if it could have passed the charge, they will purchase my damaged components from me at current market value.

Looking up.

Now I just have to wait for the new mother board to get here so I can see if my cpu is fried.
